Pizza Hut

I am usually a kind hearted person who tries to understand and give restaurants and food places a chance, but that won’t happen tonight. I ordered $ 25 worth of food (medium one topping pizza, honey BBQ chicken wings and a chocolate chip cookie pie thingy). Now I was excited to have my pig out session on my cheat day. First shitty ride down to crappy land was the fact that it took about an hour and a half for delivery. I let it slide and I passed the time by. I get the food finally and I’m excited. I open the box to grab the first slice but I notice the dough was hella lopsided. Like one half was like pan or hand tossed and the other half was hella thin. Almost like they didn’t make the dough right. It was cold as if it had been sitting out for a while. Then one slice had nothing on it (see pic). Just a damn slice of pepperoni. How did that happen I don’t know. The wings were just as cold. They pretty much just tossed the whole tub of sauce into the box. The cookie might be the only decent part of this meal. It is rare that I have such a strong reaction to a meal gone wrong but for $ 25 I expected a little more than the absolute shit they gave me. I will never. Ever. Ever. Ever. Eat at Pizza Hut again in life. I am a huge foodie. So when it comes to food, I don’t play around. There was no excuse for this crap.

This place is a joke. About 50% of the time we order by phone or Internet, they get the order wrong. Disregard the employee and friend reviews. Avoid this place.

Of course it rained last night and didn’t feel like going out so decided to get delivery. The pizza was not that hot and how can you offer hot wings with at least «ONE» ranch dressing for FREE? Nope, they charge $.50 for each ranch dressing I was surprised, but the wings were good and the delivery driver was a sweetheart. My nieces, brothers, boyfriend and myself enjoyed the meal :)

I have eaten at this Pizza Hut for dine in, Carry Out, Delivery, and Buffet for SEVERAL years. Their food is ALWAYS fresh, tastey, and cooked to order. The staff have ALWAYS been helpful, kind, and quick to please. I have moved to Mesa and have yet to find another Pizza Hut with this level of customer service. I MISS YOU GUYS!

This has been my Pizza Hut location for 15+ years and I love them! Our thin crusts are always crispy and yummy good! Customer service is consistently good as well! I love the specials that are emailed to me! We do carry out 90% of the time and we order online… so fast and so accurate :)

Love it! This specific Pizza Hut is always on the dot. ALWAYS. I realize not everyone has the time to do take out and delivery is the only option, but if you can, definitely do so. There was a night I called out for delivery and they told me it would be a two hour wait. That was ridiculous. So I did it for take out instead and it was done in 15 minutes.
