Precision Touch Therapy of Tucson

A few weeks ago I got a massage with Shannon, which was actually a good massage. I was leaving town, so I decided to schedule another before I left. As she was in the process of moving, she offered to do my massage at her home as she was doing for other clients that week so I prepaid for my massage, tip included. On the morning of my massage, she called me, saying it slipped her mind that she was moving and she wouldn’t have a studio, so could I please reschedule? I said no, since I was leaving town, and she said when she was near a computer, she would try to reverse the charges. Well, it has been over a week and have repeatedly tried contacting her, yet I have had no reply. Seriously disappointing, as I can’t afford to throw away money like that and every penny counts.

I had an appointment with Maria Sprague on a Saturday morning. As soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable. Décor was simple and nice, and wasn’t overwhelming. Massage rooms were quiet, clean, and very peaceful. Maria was able to do a full body massage for me, and asked me throughout whether or not the pressure was enough or whether it was too overwhelming. I felt extremely thirsty after so I knew she did a great job getting my body to dump out all the toxins.

My fiancé and I went to PTT as Groupon users. We did not know what to expect with our too-​good-​to-​be-​true deal. Not only were they able to schedule us at the same time for convenience, but we were SO surprised once we showed up.
The customer service was wonderful as well as the atmosphere. My fiancé had Samantha and I had Shannon, the owner. I had a deep-​tissue massage that was all-​inclusive meaning no more extra fees! Shannon was very professional and gave me the best massage of my life. My fiancé said that he felt the exact same way about Samantha. We will definitely be coming back!

I go to Beck for my sessions and have been very pleased. You have to work with your therapist and be open as too what you want. I usually feel great after an appointment with Beck I wish I could get there more regularly

If you see an online deal for this place, I would advise you to skip it. They seem to only work weekends, so if that doesn’t work for you, too bad. Tina, who a few reviewers on here are fond of, no longer works there either. I had scheduled a massage with her and then had to choose another provider. The only appointment I could get was after the Groupon had expired (apparently her departure was sudden), and they tried to make me pay $ 25 when I arrived for my appointment since it had expired. I refused and they reluctantly waived the fee. The male I got (which I wasn’t comfortable with, but didn’t have a choice in because this location does online scheduling only and doesn’t answer the phone) used pressure which brought tears to my eyes. He did ease up when I asked, but there were still painful moments, and I’m sore in spots now from being kneaded. The location is a bit shady also, and they seem to prefer uptempo jazz for a background soundtrack which I didn’t find very relaxing. Perhaps if you get the owner the experience is better, but there are plenty of other great massage studios in Tucson to try. I would go elsewhere.

I would not go back. I filled out a form letting them know that I would like moderate pressure and they had a place on the form to do a scent. I listed lavendar scent. However, there was no lavendar scent in the room. The pressure was very hard to the point where I had to request it to be softer. However, they had great customer service with reschedules and were friendly. It just wasn’t the best massage for me.

Started going to Shannon when she was at Red Monkey Studio. Found her through a Groupon. So glad I bought that Groupon !! Shannon is a Great Massage Therapist !! Always striving to please the customer. Great Customer Service !!! Highly recommend !!! She has other massage therapist and I’m sure they are great as well!

This is my first review ever because I had to say what a great place this is. This was my first visit today and I was very impressed with Shannon and her business. I highly recommend her also.

I had not been to the new location yet so I was eager to check it out. I had been to Shannon a couple of times when she was at Red Monkey and always thought that she did a great job with the massage and provided a very pleasant environment for a relaxing, yet therapeutic, massage. The new location only improves her ability to deliver! Couldn’t be happier and would recommend her to anyone. I know there are other massage therapists available at PTT and I’m sure they’re great too!

Intelligent, intuitive, well trained and strong, Shannon’s hands worked magic on my surgerized and stiff body. She was thoughtful and «at one» with my aches and pains. She was cautious but confident and I feel great! I bought her Summer Package and i can’t wait to see how much better I feel as her tender ministrations release my gunk and energize my soul.

Very nice massage. Shannon is very accomodating and sweet. You can see she is dedicated to her field of making others feel better. I recommend her highly.
