I had a split package installed into my new home everything works fine but did not like the installer roy. I would highly recommend somebody whose more friendlier!!!

Hate to see a really good, honest company get a bad review. We’ve been customers of Allen for almost ten years. He worked for another HVAC company at the time. When he went into business for himself of course we stayed with him. You won’t find a nicer, more competent and honest person anywhere. You’re in good hands with Pride Mechanical.

I had a technician stop by to check my ac because it wasn’t blowing any cool. he said it just needed some Freon and told me that my unit was getting old and may need to replace soon. Even though my unit was 15 yrs old, I told him that no one is ever home so it is hardly used. He added 2 lbs. of Freon, $ 120, he was there about 30 mins. $ 67 labor and was on his way. 2 days later, my ac unit was once again blowing hot air. I asked a friend of mine if who does ac moonlighting work if he could come by and check my unit. he did. Guess what, he found a leak in one of the lines and repaired it. he recharged my unit for a nominal fee, less than $ 100 and now my unit is working fine. Moral of the story, don’t use these people. they’re either not trained or just out to make money without properly checking their units. I’m sure he does this on most of his house calls. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!1

My air conditioning fan motor had stopped working and I called Pride Mechanical. The next morning their repair tech promptly arrived. He was a competent guy that did the install in 30 minutes and brought my A/​C system back to life. The service call was reasonably priced. He asked if I had any questions. He took the old motor away with him. The service was professional and concise. I recommend the company. Mike S.
