Property Management Group

Have held off posting, but yeah, this company is BY FAR the WORST «property management» group ever. I’ve been renting from them since last November, a laundry list of major items, some, that TO THIS DAY, still haven’t been fixed. 1970’s appliances were all falling apart, a fridge where the shelves fall off when putting ANYthing on them, missing shelves; a dishwasher so corroded and smelly (all I was told was «go to Home Depot and get _​_​_​_​to clean it»); AC/​heat didn’t work — in fact I HAD NO HEAT the first month (Nov-​Dec, even past New Years); and the stove — piece of crap electric stove that either doesn’t cook enough, or scorches food. «Scheduling» the new dishwasher replacement was a nightmare to the extent the delivery company had to send the appliance back to wherever it came from because delivery date for some reason couldn’t be coordinated within their 10-​day delivery window, so I’m still without a properly functioning dishwasher, and because this awesome property management company tries to save money, they’ve been trying to coordinate to pick up old dishwasher, and old fridge at the same time — and of course there’s NOwhere to put the fridge except in the garage, where now, I can’t park both cars. At this point I wont’ call out the «agent» i’ve been dealing with. Suffice to say «they» have already been called out. This company is so bad, i’m considering legal action. It’s just deplorable to think companies get away this shit. I should have paid more attention to the Unilocal reviews, and my own Red Flags (like required to sign documentation that I wouldn’t convert this nice home into a meth lab) — really??? I was really looking forward to that! (???) crazy fucks.

This is by far the worst property management probably in Tucson, I lived in a location in Tucson that the property management group took over, I soon realized that they would not fix anything in the place, the ceiling leaked every time it rained and black mold accumulated making me and my daughter Sick on several occasions! The cooler alway quit working in the middle of the summer, so on and so forth until it got to the point I told my property manager that I refuse to pay rent until these problems were fixed in accordance to renters rights in Tucson az, long story short I moved out because nothing got fixed and still refuse to pay them a single cent of what they say I owe them from my previous residents!

These guys have been managing the community where I own for at least a few years now and they seem to do a decent job. I feel like for the most part they are on top of things and I haven’t had any major complaints with them.
On the rare occasion where I need to talk to someone in the office, the few people I’ve talked to over the phone seem to be nice and I usually get the assistance I’m asking for.
So far I have been satisfied with their service.

I rented a house from them and I can tell you I have NEVER been treat so poorly or rudely in my life. The house was a constant 90 to 95 degrees even at 11:00 at night when it was 85 outside it was still 93 inside. When I ask them to fix it they sent a maintenance guy (not a heating and cooling person) out said it was fine and told me to stop calling. The other tenants warned me that dealing with Shannon and The Property Management Group would be a mistake. I rented a house a couple doors down the street and I’m still paying for this other place that sits empty… yeah I pay two rents even with a letter from my doctor saying I can’t live in a house without cooling they didn’t care. Shannon exact words were «Deal with it» and no matter what you will play h#ll getting your deposit back!!! So bottom line is they don’t fix repairs in a timely manner the roof leaked on my furniture back door falling off they paint the bathtub in a month the paint rubs off and you are taking a bath in a rusty old tub… No thanks!!! Take my advice OWNERS/​RENTERS BEWARE like John said NEVER DEALT WITH A COMPANY THAT TREATED ME SO BAD AND TALK TO ME LIKE A DOG IF YOU HEAR THE NAME SHANNON WELL YOU GET IT!!!
