Public Storage

The two stars that I’m giving for this location are for the representative Estella who was enormously helpful and the single redeeming aspect of this location. As for the policies of Public Storage, this is where my opinion diverges. I ended up going with Public Storage because of a promotion they offer where the first month is $ 1 (plus admin fees). I was aware my total would come closer to $ 23, but they also REQUIRE you to purchase THEIR insurance. The least expensive offered is $ 11. My issue with this is that I think it should be the consumer’s prerogative whether they cover their own belongings or not. I also think people should be allowed to purchase insurance elsewhere that they can show proof of with Public Storage if that is what they prefer. Then, they have recently changed the locks required for their locations. It was the case that padlocks were required, but more recently they have changed to lock cylinders with keys. They sell these for a whopping $ 18. Come on Public Storage. Going forward, I will likely take my business elsewhere. You’re not the only rental kids in town!

Great facility, easily accessible and very very very clean and safe. Stephanie and Nola are great, friendly and professional. The boss should really consider giving them a raise! Overall, as far as storage facilities are concerned you can’t go wrong. Oh yeah they give military discounts!
