Quality Aesthetics

I have gone to Quality Aesthetics a few times for a lazer «skin tightening/​anti-​aging» facial after purchasing a multi session groupon. There is a receptionist shared with Quality of Life Medical Center, that answers the phone and is present in the lobby to check you in before being taken to the suite for your service. Initially it was hard to contact someone to set up an appointment, but more recently this has not an been an issue. There is no confirmation calls once you have set up an appointment. So my second appointment at Quality Aesthetics, I arrived for my noon appointment only to be told they had me at 1pm, and had no way to to see me sooner. Arg!
I believe the hours are only Monday through Friday. AnaGrace is pleasant and nice, however prompt she is not. She has been more than 20 minutes late seeing me, and didn’t acknowledge my having to wait. Since I’ve pre-​paid it’s not as if I can storm away and get my money back. The location is in a business park off Grant road near TMC. There is always construction, an accident or moderate traffic on Grant, which is nerve wracking for me. Usually after a lazer facial your face feels sunburned and negotiating traffic is the last thing I want to deal with. Of all the facilities i’ve been to, I’d say this is the most clinical setting i’ve been to; not relaxing or visually appealing. It’s sort of like going to the dentist. When all is said and done Ms. Ana Grace walks you back to the lobby to set up future appointments and send you on your day. There are other places that are far nicer to go to but you pay a bit more. This is less bells n whistles for the same sort of service.

Stay away from this place, AnaGrace is unprofessional, rude, poor quality service, and good luck trying to get her to call you back even to schedule an appointment.
