i come here almost everyday, the customer service is rated 5 stars. they are always so nice and friendly in the morning.
my issue is the coffee station– three times i have had issues with coffee grinds in my coffee when i pour it into my cup, the creamer machine is always low every time… every time. i really enjoy this gas station its very clean and friendly. i just wish the coffee station was better maintained.

WOW! Walked in to be greeted like a family member at a party! A sincere smile, and offer of help even though he was helping someone else and had a line.
The coffee choices are stupendous, and there is a whip cream dispensing machine!
A very long fountain drink counter with a ton of choices, including a cherry or vanilla add in syrup. Mmmmm…
There is a wide variety if slurpee type drinks, and not one had an out of order sign, which is rare at other stores.
Very nice variety of good stuffs, and clean.
Def worth going a little out the way for.
Another sincere smile from the cashier, some witty banter, and he even asked if there was anything else he could help with.

Very clean. Friendly, always greeted. Fast credit card terminals and always ask if I want a receipt (which I don’t — so I appreciate this). Did I mention CLEAN?
A bonanza of beverage choices (I personally like all of the fresh brewed teas they just added). Awesome cups (I especially appreciate the stout lids on the larger cups). Great selection of food and other convenience items.
I’m grateful to have this chain in our city.

This is the first QT to open in Tucson and it’s my favorite. It’s near my work so I pop in often for a hot blueberry tea, or cold filtered ice tea or soda pop from the fountains with filtered ice. QT has it together: clean, clean clean stores! Friendly and nice cashiers who often give you a break (the occasional coupon for a free sandwich, or a free refill). I get the 52 ounce mug and fill it up for just .86 cents. STEAL!
The 5 dollar lunch deal is the best. The fresh sandwiches are better than most places in town. A ham and cheddar is so good. They make pizzas and fresh pastries. I love coming to QT for everything, for the gasoline and snacks. It is clean, well lit and safe, unlike any other gas station in town. Even the bathroom is spotless!
