I am a therapist, and I have worked in several clinics, like this one, over the past 20 years. R & R has«rehab techs» working under one licensed PT(Jerry). There is no educational or licensing requirement to become a rehab tech. Anyone can do it. During my appt, the rehab techs treated multiple patients at the same time and it was very unorganized. Most concerning to me was that I experienced and witnessed very poor quality therapy, some of which, I believe could actually harm the patients! Jerry appeared only once to take a patient back to a private room, but essentially the techs were running the show. They were treating more delicate cervical spine patients with no direct oversight. I was appauld! Essentially, it is the licensed physical therapists responsibility to ensure appropriate treatment. DONOTGOHERE!

Therapist was knowledgeable and very supportive which made me feel at ease. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and you can tell they appreciate all their clients. Will be returning.

I came to this therapist after years of seekingrelief from chronic pain, numerous procedures and medication trials. The therapist was enthusiastic and positive about helping me. After 5 sessions, I had experienced nothing but more pain. I understand sometimes things get stirred up and hurt more for a while then start helping. But the the therapist seemed to be exasperatedwith me because nothing she tried helped me. At the end of my fifth visit, she said she would have her assistant work on my neck to make it feel better. She rubbed it for about 5 minutes and asked if I felt better. Well, no! How would that make me feel Better after years of seeking help? Then the therapist came in and worked on my neck another 5 minutes. NOW do you feel better? She asked. Still no! She was exasperated with me, and said, well why don’t you go home and take some pain killers? Maybe THAT will make you feel better! Maybe we had miscommunicated, but to me that seemed like she was just giving up on me. If I wanted to stay at home and take pain killers, I would not have wasted my time, money, and gas coming to PT. As I was leaving, already pretty upset, the assistant came charging through a curtained doorway and slammed her foot down on my big toe. this is a solidly build strong young woman, and she drove that foot into me with a lot of force. As I stood there, doubled over in pain, Trying not to scream out loud, she grabbed me by the shoulders, moved me aside, and kept on her way. She did not apologise, ask if I was ok, nothing. My big toe is black and blue and the toenail is going to fall off. No one ever called to follow up on this. I am really disappointed that what started out as a hopeful, POsitive experience ended so badly. Other patients seemed perfectly happy, so maybe their experiences were better.
