This franchise has been holding my $ 2800+ for over 3.5 months. I cancelled by order because the people that they send to your house are sticking smelling alcoholic thugs. My order was never even completed. Mr. John Poole the owner/manager REFUSES to talk to me. They got $ 2800 and I have nothing, nor do I want anything ever from them.

This review is strictly because of their frequent almost non stop calling ever since I «entered» their Windows contest! I am sooo tired of getting their phone calls! I have already confirmed & verified all my information with another older gentleman so why do they keep calling me!!! It has been constant for abt 2 weeks or so & its really getting on my nerves! I am sorry I did that text to win contest now. Please take me off your calling list! You people are annoying! Stop calling me!!!

Horrible service at a premium price! We’ve spent $ 47,000 on windows and doors and only Rick Graves listens and acts like he cares. The doors are awful! They changed our stain color, didn’t follow company guidelines in staining, mis-measured doors, windows that weren’t caulked properly are warping. .. but two months after installation of doors, we sit and wait. .. wait. .. wait for the GM(in Tucson) to find time to even reply to an email. For two months they have been trying to find solutions that won’t cost them money, meanwhile we learn more about how poorly the work was done in all three phases of remodeling. We are being forced into seeking resolution through legal channels. So disappointing from«a company you can trust».
