Excellent customer service. Brian has really gone above and beyond when dealing with insurances to repair my car after an accident. He was able to get me in a rental car when the responsible party’s insurance was initially denying liability.
Now my car looks beautiful again. When I got it back, it looked like it did when I drove it off the car lot. And– keep in mind that another shop initially had told me that the car was totaled. Needless to say, I’m really glad that I was put in touch with Right Choice.
As a side note, I have since had mechanical issues unrelated to the accident and Brian was able to arrange a tow and got a mechanic arranged for me when I was stuck on the side of I10 with a broken serpentine belt and my 6 year old daughter and I was being a typical damsel in distress and called the only person that I knew could direct me in when I was freaking out about my car.
