I found Rigo after my mom discovered a termite issue less than 6 months in her new home. We decided to do a lot of research before choosing the best option for termite removal and prevention and decided to go with Rigo after meeting him personally and reading such wonderful reviews of his past service. Rigo and his staff are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to secure your business and maintain customer satisfaction.

Called to get an estimate. From the start, Rigo was very professional, kind, and worked with my schedule. They say you’re supposed to get a few estimates before choosing and after the inspection and giving me an estimate, I didn’t need to seek elsewhere. They have me a reasonable price and could genuinely tell they weren’t out to screw me over. They’re great and would highly recommend them!

I just bought my first house and there was evidence of a little termite activity. The estimate from the company that originally inspected the house seemed a bit high, so I wanted a couple more exterminating companies to give me quotes to compare. Another major concern of mine is that I have a dog, so using large doses of harsh chemicals has always been a worry. Rigo came out, addressed my concerns and was the only one to look in the crawl space and behind panels. He was extremely thorough, personable and accommodating. He definitely knows his stuff. I was very impressed and will be continuing my annual service with him. Thanks!

I bought a house recently and had Rigo’s check it for termites. Having been in the real estate business for 20+ years, I have worked with almost all of the different pest control companies in Tucson. Rigo’s is by far the best I have ever seen. Very professional, quality service technicians and they absolutely know what they are doing. Recently had a customer who said she had roaches crawling everywhere. We suspected that she is suffering from dementia, but without inspection, we couldn’t be sure. We called Rigo to get in contact with our customer to get her home inspected. Rigo took our call seriously and he did the inspection quickly so we could take care of our customer. Rigo is very knowledgeable and will give you a bit of entomology lesson every time you work with him. Great service! I highly recommend Rigo Pest Prevention.

Rigo Pest Prevention is top notch. Excellent service, reliable, and responsive whenever there is a problem. I called Rigo when I moved ointo a new house a few years ago and found an unexpected guest stuck behind a cabinet in the yard. Rigo himself came over to check it out and it turned out to be a pack rat. Rigo didn’t charge me and only requested that I take a few minutes to review the services he provides. I signed up for quarterly service and never have had a problem with pests which is surprising soince my home backs up to open desert. Rigo and Paul are top notch professionals and the will be inspecting and servicing my new house when I move in.

Prices are a little higher than some of the other companies. However, service and professionalism is top notch! You pay for what you get…

I called Rigo’s pest prevention on the weekend, desperate for someone to help address a scorpion problem we’ve discovered in our new home. Rigo himself answered and he was incredibly professional and helpful. He did admit he wouldn’t be able to get anyone to our house until Monday, but he did answer a lot of my questions over the phone and gave me a few suggestions to get me through the rest of the weekend. At the end of the conversation Rigo thanked me for my business in a way that was humble and honest. I didn’t even get to meet him face to face, but I could tell how appreciative he was.
On Monday Paul called very early and asked what would be a good time to meet at the house. I was thrilled at how professional Paul was over the phone. When he arrived Paul spent a good deal of time answering my questions, pointing things out that could be updated/​fixed, and he gave me suggestions on how to do things to my new home to prevent pests. Then he spent an hour or so working both outdoors and indoors. I signed up for the every 3 months treatment and I trust that Rigo’s will make my home a safer place. I would absolutely recommend Rigo and Paul to any of my friends/​family.
