Talk about lousy service! These people should not even be in business with their attitude. Owner complains bitterly about the cost of upgrading/improving equipment while crowing that he refused any financial assistance under the economic recovery act and charging customers through the nose. Service is spotty at best with numerous outages which the so-called«service» department refuses to explain… That is, when they condescend to actually answer their«24⁄7 Customer Response Line». If Unilocal allowed negative ratings, this business would rank as a NEGATIVE five stars.
