Sears Optical

The first time I stopped by Sears optical I made a promise to myself I’d never go again. My husband and I were quietly trying glasses when the representative spun around and asked me angrily, «do you have an appointment?» I told her I did but the next day. She questioned me some more until my husband and I left, insulted. I actually went to a few other optical places until I was forced to come back because the pricing was better. This other representative that was there that day really went above and beyond. She helped me try on many different pairs, gave her honest opinion and really made my visit pleasant. I will only do business with her.

I’m surprised no one has reviewed this place! I went to Sears Optical for the first time yesterday. I was expecting the typical, run of the mill experience. However, my visit was anything but typical! The eye doctor (dr. Miller) was so attentive, clean, funny, and approachable. He made me feel very comfortable and I was actually laughing for most of my visit. He’s very funny and doesn’t take himself too seriously. For the first time ever, I actually enjoyed myself at an eye appointment. The store manager (i feel awful that I can’t remember her name) is so helpful and friendly. We ended up talking about a few thing unrelated to my appointment. She was so easy and fun to talk to. I highly suggest giving Sears Optical a try.
