I backed into the garage door. Called signal was told time frame and the service tech came within an hour and half. Perfect! He fixed my door in no time, and also lubed and tightened bolts. Very friendly tech I couldn’t be more satisfied!

Kaiser came out after our garage door decided to open on a slant. They told us it would be over 500 bucks for just the call plus additional fees to fix the railing. Telling us that it was pushed out by someone or something with force. We changed out mind and happened to run into a neighbor who was nice enough to
to.give signal doors a car. The owner charles came and within 15 mins… problem solved. It was just a tention prob on the spring which normally needs to be maintenanced every year or two. It saved us sooooooo much money! Thank you Charles!

After being told my garage door needed to be replaced by Signal Door, I price shopped and ordered from Kaiser. Today a GENTLEMAN came to install and told me the door wasn’t the problem! He fixed my problem for about a tenth of what Signal wanted. Buyer beware! I’m so happy now!
