They installed a solar gate last year. Last week, for the fifth time we had to dismantle it to get out of our driveway. We frequently have gotten calls from suppliers who can’t get in and at first thought they weren’t using it right –now we know it’s not their mistake. Signal Gates usually manages to come out a few days after we call then, then charge us to replace one thing or another, such as a remote that works from more than ten feet, a battery, another battery, etc. And then the gate won’t work a month later and we have to dismantle it to get out of the driveway, because the key to the box to reset it, that we’ve asked for 3 times now, still isn’t in our hands. Last Saturday I left a message on their«emergency» message machine, because I couldn’t get out, and my partner who knows how to dismantle the gate wasn’t there. They called us back Monday. Came out. Fixed something they had already fixed. And yup, sure enough, another bill arrived the next day. Well, at least their billing is prompt.
