Incompetent and fraudulent. BEWARE. I own 2 homes in Skyline Country Club and rent them out to snowbirds during high season, and I own an apt in NYC. I’m a practicing physical therapist for 20+ years and am licensed in 5 states. I rented a furnished 1BR x 3 months at this disaster of a complex. Management is incompetent. They asked me 3 times to come in after signing«everything» because they forgot«this piece of paperwork», and that paperwork, and another form they forgot, etc. I should have charged them for my time. Finally, I received my deposit and saw a bogus charge deducted for $ 40 fee for carpet repair. I was told there was«paperwork on it» and that they’d «look into it.» But upon questioning… No one was able to provide a description of what was done, nor photos. BEWARE!!! WOULDNEVERRECOMMEND. Prior to vacating the apt, I asked Jen from management(i use that term loosely) to do a walk thru. We agreed all was fine and signed off on everything.(BTW, this walk thru was attended by the same maintenance man who couldn’t fix my toilet that wouldn’t flush and ran constantly. After 3 attempts to fix it, I gave up and used a bucket to fill the tank to flush.) These people are nothing more than common thieves. P. S. Multiple domestic violence calls and 3 suicides over the holidays per resident reports.

I have lived here for about 7 months now. The property is nice, the ladies that work the front are great, and the maintenance guys are super quick. Still a little pricy though.
