I will not come back here! In the middle of my manicure the lady left me to go and do a pedicure. Poor service and the results not great.

I have been going to Skyline Nails for several months now and have referred several people as well. We have all been very happy with the service provided by all the staff there. I have had my nails done by Rosie several times and she is great with designs. This past weekend she did a great Hanukkah design for me. I recommend them highly and do not think you will be disappointed. Enjoy!

My go-to nail salon in Tucson. I’ve been to 4 total, but this particular salon, is gold. I don’t mind the extra dollars, being it more expensive than other establishments, but they’re clean, honest, friendly, parking is a breeze, and they’re easy to make appointments with. I usually bring my own tools, but I’ve watched how they clean it and they’ve assured me several times its cleaned, so now I go without them. I’m pretty picky with how people cut and clean my nails, so if you’re like me, you can rest easy coming here. Their top coats are OPI, so I already knew they spent a little more for better products for their clients. Your choosing of a massage lotion are a nice touch. Julia is my fave. Vincent is also cool.

This salon gave me the best experience that I’ve had in Tucson since moving here a year ago. The staff was SO friendly. All of the employees talked with their clients, there was a lot of conversation and laughs happening in the salon. All of the employees were cheerful and that made my experience awesome! The salon is very clean, and their spa chairs looks awesome! I didn’t have time for a pedi, however I look forward to my next visit. They did a perfect job on my gel mani!

These new owners have made so many wonderful changes that have made this nail spa so welcoming! Great products, they offer you bottled water and they have a loyalty program! Get a foot massage from Julia, and you will be in heaven!!! She is the best! Always good to book, they are very busy these days! Enjoy!!!

Rosie, Julia and Vincent are all awesome! I have been going to them for a VERY long time and always love their attentiveness. I have gone to many places for a gel manicure but always come back to them because they truly are the very best! They are extremely accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend them and their new salon! Definitely worth checking out!!!

Love the new owners. The salon is immaculate and they are working very hard to overcome previous owner’s bad reviews. They want to do a great job and have regular clientele. If you’ve been there before July 2015 and weren’t impressed, try them again. You won’t be disappointed.

Skyline Nails is under new management. I had given the shop a poor review when the previous owners ran the shop, even though it was very close to my home. I must say, however, the shop has changed 100 percent. Rosie and Julia, the new owners, are wonderful. They are friendly; hard working and very talented. My nails have never looked better. i would highly recommend this shop to anyone, who wants lovely looking nails.

This place is great. Everyone is friendly and professional. I followed Rosie and Julia up here and it is worth it. The pedi chairs are great and the view of the mountains is amazing. Treat yourself to a wonderful, relaxing mani-pedi. You won’t regret it.

This is the second time I’ve come in since the new owners took over. The first time was for a quick manicure, this time was for a relaxing mani/pedi combo. I didn’t have an appt either time and they were able to take me pretty quickly. The place is super clean and neat. The pedicure chairs offer a GREAT massage. I love how my mani/pedi turned out. They definitely take the time to make sure that everything looks good before you leave. They’re all incredibly friendly and outgoing. This will be my usual spot!

Rosie and Julia are great. I followed Rosie to her new place and have encouraged my friends to go. Rosie always does a great job, love the design and does it within 45 minures to an hour. The salon is very nice and clean. Go visit them and I believe you’ll agree.

Rosie and Julia are so nice they did my gel mani and pedi. I had only had an hour and a half and they totally accommodated me. I even got a design and still I got out right on time and my nails look super fabulous! I’m from Scottsdale and staying at a resort nearby. I know better not to get mani/pedis at resort spas-they never do it right-and it’s crazy expensive! They are very reasonable pricing– on par with what I normally pay for gels-I will definitely be back when I’m in town. I can’t believe this place has bad reviews!

I am from Phoenix and in town for a conference and needed to find a nail salon near my hotel. Julia helped me and she was wonderful! She took her time and made sure everything looked clean and perfect. The other workers seemed nice and very friendly. I wish Julia was in Phoenix so I can see her regularly for my bimonthly gel manicure.

New owners and management since 6⁄2015. GO and support these hard workers! You’ll get an awesome mani or pedi from Rosie, Vincent or Julia. They’re top notch, skilled technicians and creative to boot! I’m a NY’er and VERY particular about my manicures. Once I found Rosie, I was thrilled. Disclaimer: I followed her from Hapi nails. They’ve got an awesome location, too, with Catalina Views.

I went to this salon for Mani/Pedi’s probably 6 times. It was close to home and at first I was pleased although compared to other salons the prices are considerably higher. The salon was clean. The pedicures were good, took care of my hiking callous and the nail art was OK, not great with no real artistry in the application of the design. The gel polish selection is good, every possible color and was properly applied. The last mani was a French manicure with a flower design on each ring finger, to say the least it was hard to live with for 2 weeks. The white portion of the French manicure was not placed deep enough but worse than that was the«flower» which in reality was more like a Jackson Pollock blob of pink, indiscernible as to what it was and truly awful. The last straw was yesterday. While I was out in CA last week dealing with my very ill, elderly Mom I called them and made an appointment for a specific nail tech with the guy who answers the phone for 9am Tuesday the 22nd, I repeated it back to him 3 times and clearly spelled my name. I arrived yesterday at 9am, there were no other clients in the shop and he said«Denise, you supposed to be here at 5pm». I have been there at least 6 times at 9am and you would think they would have the name by now. I informed him I am not Denise and I called last week to have the nails done at 9am. He really pissed me off saying, «No Denise here it is 5pm». I told him I definitely know my name and it is not Denise and I made an appointment for 9am. Beside that there were no other clients in the shop, so what was the problem??? When he then asked me to come back in an hour, I told him the chances of me coming back ever did not exist. So, cross this nail shop off. I think for what they charge, the lack of artistry in nail designs and not being able to accurately schedule an appointment makes it impossible for me to return.

This place is always popping! Appointments are generally not necessary and a manicure runs you about twenty bucks or so. The place is clean, the staff is super friendly and the owner is pretty much always there greeting people and manning the shellac station. Services range from manicures, pedicures, shellac, gels, acrylics, waxing and massage, but I’ve only come here for mani-pedi services. Shellac is also less expensive here. You’re looking at about $ 35.00 vs the $ 60 I’ve paid at various other salons on town. Are they super cheap? Nope. But, cheaper isn’t always better and I strongly believe that you get what you pay for, and here, they do a fine job at much better prices.

I had not been to Skyline Nails for awhile– mostly because I found a less expensive regular nail salon, closer to the University. Went to Skyline Nails today because it’s two minutes from my house. Their location is ultra convenient for me– if only the prices were a tad lower. Did a mother & daughter mani/pedi spa afternoon with my daughter, and although they did an overall excellent job, my two primary concerns are 1. The prices are too high($ 38 for a regular mani & pedi) — STEEP, and 2. It took way too long to get in and out. It wasn’t their fault they were busy, but we had to wait about 20 minutes to get a chair for our pedicures– then ended up being there for over two hours. In addition to being a full service nail salon, they have waxing services too. $ 12 for a brow wax is acceptable, but $ 8 for a lip wax is high. For a lip wax, most salons of this type/caliber charge between $ 5-$ 6. And my daughter was burned by the wax– on both her eyebrow and lip. When I called to talk with the owner, he denied that the wax was too hot and said that it was just because«your daughter has sensitive skin– and put some baby powder on it.» I was not happy with that response, and felt he was just giving me the brush off. To their credit, the salon just got all new massage pedicure chairs, and it really helped me relax by sitting in one and using the massage function. My daughter and I both enjoyed our pedicures. The staff here is generally great(aside from not admitting mistakes) smiling– laughing– very friendly… It’s hard not to smile along with them! As far as cleanliness goes,(I don’t know what another reviewer was talking about), I think the place is clean, tidy, and organized. Plus they are mindful to sanitize everything. I appreciated them remembering my name– even after I haven’t been in for over a year. I would go back if the prices were more manageable. Our total bill for 2 mani/pedis, one brow wax, and two lip waxes(with tip) was $ 114(ouch)! I have to say that convenience aside, for a mainstay nail salon– the prices tip the scales for me to go elsewhere…
