Patrick handled all of the insurance claims, it was nice to not be bothered at all about it and just have it smoothly get done for me. The paint job was superb and matched precisely. No worries at all, they are truly an honest shop who holds themselves to the highest standard and own up to their work. A trim clip broke off and they replaced it on their own after notifying me. A real class act that I recommend to everyone looking to have a smooth stress free fix. Great job guys!

Rob and Patrick are both great to deal with and have excellent customer service skills. If you care about your vehicle and want quality work done in Tucson, bring it here. Period. There is no other place around here that comes close to the professionalism in dealing with customers and doing the job right the first time. They have a genuine care to fix your vehicle the correct way; and this is especially nice since everyone else in this town tend to do things extremely half-​assed. Repair work was done well and on time, they even stayed open a minute late to make sure I could get my tailgate back so I wouldn’t have to miss work to come back for it. Would be 4 starts if they didn’t send «Repair Angel» emails promising things they never made good on. First email promised a restaurant gift card if you call them that day so the «boss could reserve it». I called them, they sounded confused at first then said it would come in the mail later. It never did. Then there was another promising a free car wash, that also never came to anything. They inspire your confidence because the place is clean, they are polite and friendly, they get great reviews but the follow through on the little things is lacking. I only post this because they are a bit more expensive than other shops and if you are paying out of pocket like I did, these little things they promise help defray the cost, you deserve to know if they don’t make good…
