Smith Robert MD

Doctor Robert Smith was first referred to me by a Co-​worker after receiving bad news my Doctor was moving. I must say I have grown attached to him as well as his staff. He actually takes the time to sit down and listen, he follows up with the specialist of whom he has referred you to. He has that kind of bed side manner you want to see in a doctor. He doesn’t play high and mighty but understands your frustrations when something is going on with your body that you just can’t seem to grasp, he guides, advices and does what he can to figure out what is going on. As for the staff up front, they are always warm and welcoming. (Even the telephone schedulers we don’t see they are pleasant, ask you about your weekend to keep you engaged in conversation as they look you up on the computer screen) :) Like I said the biggest impact Dr. Smith had on me was his ability to hear me as a person and not just another patient. Kudos to the wonderful staff of Doctor Smith as well as Dr. Smith for making my life that much more pleasant.

My family has been going to this doctor for years and due to their front office assistance or should I say no assistance we are taking our business elsewhere. This doctor’s office over charges for services and when you ask for an explanation of your bill they brush you off They really licked their chops I’m sure once they knew I had two insurances. They have you come back and back again for the same concerns so they can just charge you multiple time and just harass you each and every time you call in. Due to this matter the front desk will not let the doctor and any of the nurses call you when you fall ill. I’ve never had such a money hungry company (and that’s what this is) they can not be considered care giver’s it’s all a business to them. Now they have lost us as clients. It’s pretty bad when doctor’s just see you as a pay check
