My cocktail dress was ruined! Spoke to District Manager, who initially stated that my dress had a manufacturing defect… Later in the conversation admitted that Sparkle did not have the correct equipment to clean and press the dress… AFTER ruining it! Shouldn’t Sparkle employees know what they can and cannot clean? I requested that Sparkle reimburse me for the cost of this dress and have not received a follow up call even acknowledging my request. I will not return to any of their stores. Sparkle stores utilize the same plant for cleaning so beware!
