Terrible experience, the only person in there that knew what they were talking about was a knowegable young lady and the owner continued to ignore. My girlfriend had issues with the kit we had just bought 2 days before. He had every excuse in the book as to why it wasn’t working correctly. If he would have just said «Oh yeah I see what the issue is» and excepted that there was something wrong with the product he sold us, we probably would have kept giving him our business. Instead he accused me of abusing my e cig. I took it in, there was not 1 scrach on it and he told me that the problem was the coil and he would replace it. In the time that he was replacing the coil, the tank acquired a scrach as soon as he saw that, he told me that it was abused. Just a heads up if something goes wrong the excuses will start rollin!!!
