The floor plans are nice and honestly the only reason I live here. The gates are so loud and squeaky at night, you can’t sleep with the windows open. Kids constantly ring the doorbells and run. Not a huge deal, but it’s unnerving at 2am. Neighbors are pretty nosy but if you keep to yourself it’s fine. Unfortunately, if you have a nice car, you’ll be the only one. All the nice cars are in garages I noticed. Tends to be a big property for Asians and Marana white trash. Don’t decorate your front door porch area… your nice wreath/plants/doormat will get stolen. Office staff is pretty nice and I can imagine it’s hard to control the petty crime. Huge sandbags around clubhouse and gym area. Great to keep the rain out but bad lighting makes it easy to trip on these sandbags if you are going to the gym. Cabinets are really outdated which crack and come off in chunks. Convenient to I-10 too which is nice.

I love this place. Great location and great apartments. The one bedroom is small but very affordable. The pools are beautiful. The staff is great. Very helpful and when you need repairs they get it done fast.

1 star is glorifying this place. Yeah, they just repainted so it looks good from the outside. However, the flaws GREATLY outweigh this. To start things off, things are constantly breaking down; around and inside the apartments. From small things like the fountain in the main pool, the treadmills in the gym, to drawers falling apart in the kitchens and cracks appearing in tiles. The maintenance definitely takes their sweet time on things. The quality of everything is poor: the washer and dryer, stove, fridge, and our dishwasher has destroyed many of our dishes. The plumbing is awful, our lock continuously is getting stuck(safety issue), the back apartments and pool are not nearly as well kept up as the front, and don’t even get me started on the management. No one ever answers the phone, they’re really only friendly when you’re handing them your check. We have a bug problem in our kitchen and the exterminator only comes Wednesday(05⁄07). So he came yesterday and we already have bugs back… ITSTHURSDAY(05⁄08)! It is now the end of May and we still have bugs in our kitchen. The exterminator wants to show us our problem areas and have us take care of it instead of fixing them AKADOINGHISJOB! I know other people who live in the apartments, and are just as unhappy. Our lease is up in June and I don’t even want to stay that long. Check out other apartments– make this a last resort!

This complex and the management is horrible. The worst part is a new company took over and they are even worse. They lost our notice to vacate and now they expect us to pay for two months rent, and for what reason, they lost our notice? Horrible management, horrible service, do not rent from this complex unless you want to get screwed. They are failing and are cheating people out of their hard earned money to try and make a buck.

Noise level is horrrrrrrrrrrrible. They have COCKROACHES everywhere!!! Even when we called the exterminator, I found cockroaches everywhere in the whole house. Half dead, but still walking. eeewwwwwwwwwww… One cockroach fell on my husband in the bathroom. Staff is very new. The blinds do not close all the way so there is a 1 inch gap. Walking the grounds at night, I noticed it is like this in ALL the apartments so ANYONE can look into your place and see what you are up to. eeewwww. 25% of the time, their gates do not work so you have to keep going back into the office to get them to reprogram your access card. They make you buy two access cards even when they can give you the code to use instead so you don’t have to buy a new card but no, they will not do it. I found out the gate code by mistake through a new employee but I had already bought the two gate access cards. The code btw is 4444# to open the gates. Denise the Asst. Mgr is rude. Dolores the manager won’t even say hi to you when you go for something. They all disappear during lunch for 2 hours so if you have a packet to pick up, forget it. The floor plan is really weird in the apartment and the kitchen is way small so if you have more than 2 dishes, you won’t have space for them. A lot of noise if you are going to live around the swimming pools. A lot of college kids. They hang out at the pool until 3 am. Nothing happens even when you call their call in service. From what I was told by a person that works there, the manager and her asst. screw you with charges when you leave. Charged me $ 1800 to break the lease which I understood but I guess that was not enough so they charged another $ 55 to clean a brand new carpet. What crap!!! I have never been charged to get a carpet cleaned before by any other apts. that I have lived in. We left it like new. They dont know what they are doing half the time. False promises to get you in and then they screw you. Go to the Springs at Continental Ranch apartments instead. They are much better and from what I understand, they have a better management company as well.
