This is pretty much the only star bucks I go to mainly because it’s close to where I shop. The big plus is the line is never too long and they’ve never misspelled my name. Lol.
The staff is always really nice and they make good recommendations to me. And I don’t get the stink eye when ever I mess up the cup names (yes I’m a small, medium, and large type of person). Its clean and they’ve never messed up my drink. No complaints!
Though they get me with the pumpkin spice thing every year. I can’t resist!

I don’t know what everyone else is talking about. I thought the service was great. He was a little slow getting the drinks out, but very friendly.

This is one of my most frequented Starbucks, I usually like it because there is never anyone in there at the time I go. It is a ‘hit or miss” location. What I mean by that is that while the service (in terms of friendliness) is always spot on… they can be slooooooow, as in slow motion. Now that said, they have ALWAYS provided me with a kick ass drink — I always order a triple grande something and who ever is behind the machine has always taken great care in making my drink delicious and hot.
Avoid this Starbucks though during the week around 7 because ALL the high schoolers from next door are in there.

The staff was friendly but sooo slow. I came by to grab a quick iced coffee the other day and nearly 10 minutes later I was on my way. All he had to do was pour it for me. The parking lot also gets packed on the weekends and isn’t fun to navigate. I think I’ll try the QT next time!

Friendly staff, but when we got our coffee, we both noticed that the cups were not nearly filled up. I asked for my latte with no foam and I got a latte with foam. I stirred at it for a while and when the foam cleared I had a cup of coffee filled to about 3/​5ths of the way. My boyfriend’s was the same. Here are pics of what I’m talking about. First one is mine, second is his. Neither of us had taken a single sip of coffee yet when I took the pictures. I feel like I’m owed a dollar back on the coffee that did not fill this tall cup. :(

Blech. Gross espresso. :(Plenty of tables though. My drink tasted better a few hours later in the microwave, so an extra star for that.
