Took my daughter in for a helix piercing; first timers, and we were greeted right away by Lisa. She was great in explaining the process and very patient with my daughter while she picked her jewelry. She explained what she was doing during the piercing which put my daughter at ease and we got great after care instructions. The place was very clean and has great jewelry to pick from. Overall very satisfied, my daughter loved her piercing. I will definitely recommend and return in the future.

Our 7 year old wanted to get her ears pierced. We were told by some friends about Straight to the Point. We were welcomed by Lisa. Lisa explained the piercing process to our daughters as she performed each step. She was very patient and encouraging. After the piercings were complete Lisa explained how to properly care for them. The whole process was stress free. We would recommend Straight to the Point to any parents looking to have their child’s ears pierced safely. This place is amazing! My 7 year old daughter wanted her ears pierced for her bday. I began to research to see if Claire’s was the best option. While researching I realized I was not comfortable with the gun and pretty much teenagers doing the piercing. I ran across a parent recommending Straight to the point. To be honest I was so nervous taking my daughter to a piercing parlor. I had no idea what to expect. When we walked in it had the atmosphere of a spa. Everyone was so nice and professional. Alec did my daughters ears and he was so good with her. He explained everything to her in a calm matter. Definitely put my daughter at ease. Her ears look great and I’m so happy we chose STTP.

Awesome place, clean, modern, and Lisa was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend. I got my nipples pierced here, I had them pierced previously before before in Alaska and out of the two experiences I would definitely say this was the better.

What’s not to love? The place is SUPER clean, the art work is amazing, and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. Glad I chose this place to get my nostril piercing, my first piercing other than my ears! I was nervous but my piercer put me at ease and walked me through each step and educated me on after care. I’ve had my piercing almost an entire month now and I’m still in love with placement and it is healing very well, no infection! The cherry on top of my experience was the card I later recieved in the mail from the shop, thanking me for choosing their shop. That’s definitely not something other bussinesses do!
Overall it was a very positive experience and I would love to return Can’t imagine going to any other shop, already planning my next piercing.

This place is amazing. Seriously, if you’re going to get something pierced, these are the people to do it. They’re friendly and talented, and they do an incredible job. I got my regular nose piercing and my septum piercing from them, and I couldn’t be happier with how they both turned out. They also help maintain the piercings for free. These people are the bomb!

Friend & I went for a piercing & Lisa didn’t seem very interested in doing our piercings. We were asking a lot of questions (rightfully so) & she seemed bothered & didn’t really have answers to all of our questions. She even stated we should go back another day to see a more experienced piercer that could answer our questions. She didn’t seem very confident in doing it herself. We obviously decided to leave & go elsewhere.

The cleanest shop I’ve ever seen. Felt like a spa. The staff and owner are awesome. I got my nose pierced, daith piercing and reopen of ear holes that had closed. They let me take my time asking questions and picking out the jewelry. I felt very confident in her abilities and expertise. Would recommend them to anyone.

I had to take the captive ball ring out of my orbital piercing for a graduate school interview recently. Talk about a difficult piercing to get back in, after a few attempts with pliers I decided I better go see a professional. Since my original piercer is in VA I turned to Unilocal to find me the best place to go. Straight to the point immediately caught my attention and I headed over.
The shop is beautiful, well decorated and clean. I was greeted the moment I walked in and that staff was very friendly and helpful. The piercer, Alec, was busy with another customer at the time but I next. While I waited I browsed their beautiful and extensive selection of jewelry. Tons of beautiful, unique organic gauges and whatnot.
I waited no more than 10 minutes before Alec called me back. He was knowledgable, friendly and professional. You can tell that he knows what he’s doing and really takes pride in it. It didn’t take any more than a couple minutes to get the jewelry in and he was very gentle.
Overall this place is the gold standard for piercing shops. I’ve been to many, in many different states over the last 15 years. This is one of the best in every aspect. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

STTP is really amazing. I went to get my navel done for my 18^th birthday a few weeks back and the couldn’t be happier with how it’s healing. I believe Lisa was the woman who pierced me, she explained everything really well and answered all of my questions.
The whole process probably took about 45 minutes, I filled out paperwork and chose what ring I wanted, then went into the piercing room (they allowed my friend to accompany me and double check since I was pretty anxious). Everything was extremely clean and she took her time finding the exact right placement, which I really appreciated. She explained everything that she was about to do and laid me back on the chair. When she was about to pierce me, I said I needed another minute which she was happy to give me, then told me to breathe in and out while she put the needle through. When the piercing was in, I stood up and immediately felt dizzy and nauseous (again I was very anxious it wasn’t her fault at all) so she told me to sit on the chair and let me lay with my lower body elevated to help blood flow. I was probably laying there for 15 or so minutes and I wasn’t at all rushed, they were very caring and accommodating for my body type and how I handle pain. If I ever decide to get another piercing, I will be going back!

Honestly, I wish I had come here for my piercing and my ring all in one. These guys are awesome, professional and the pieces they have for selection are works of art! The store is also very clean and beautiful.
Owner makes solid 18k gold hoops and I had an issue with mine. He ended up making me a brand new one right on the spot to switch it out. That’s what I call client service at its best!

I recently decided to have an industrial piercing done. STTP came highly recommended, and I now know why — it is an exceptional piercing studio in Tucson. The shop is extremely clean, with a very modern and artistic vibe. The metal work for the jewelry cases is excellent! Speaking of the jewelry, it is top notch and plentiful. So many choices! The staff is extraordinarily professional, kind, helpful, patient, thorough, and gentle. Lisa was my piercer, and she was amazing throughout the entire process.
It’s been a while since I’ve had a piercing, so I had a bunch of questions. Lisa listened to them all and answered everything thoroughly. She took every question seriously, even though I thought I was asking some «stupid» questions. She never once made me feel as if any question was stupid. I felt totally comfortable with her. During the piercing, she took a lot of time to make sure the placement and angle of the piercing was perfect. She didn’t rush the process or «go through the motions.» Her expertise and professionalism were of the highest quality.
The piercing itself was quick and done as gently as possible. Lisa talked with me through it to help with any potential nerves. I wasn’t really that nervous and the pain didn’t bug me much, but I appreciated her attention and concern for my well-​being.
It’s important to note that during my approximately 30 minutes spent in STTP (I just walked in, I’m not sure if they do appointments, sorry), I watched the staff clean and sterilize every surface at least three times. They pay a lot of attention to cleanliness, which is awesome, and it made me feel really confident with my decision to be pierced at this studio.
STTP is doing exactly what a good piercing studio should be doing. They’re clean, professional, and cool. Don’t hesitate to go to them (and Lisa specifically) when you want a piercing!

Lisa about two weeks after she did my piercing just so she could check up on me and it. I also got a «thank you» card in the mail from the shop at around three weeks. STTP clearly cares about and values their customers!

Very «on point» (see what I did there? God I hate that stupid cliché!) and great service, complete honesty about everything with no hustle. Alec is always eager to help and give advice shooting straight from the hip. Okay, I’m obviously trying too hard now!

Clean, bright, beautiful space made sleek by straight, modern lines and made Tucson-​funky by local wrought-​ironwork. Good variety of jewelry in the cases. They’ll order what they don’t have. They’ll break a set if you only want one.
These are professional piercers and apprentices. I’d never had a piercing besides a mall kiosk ear job back in the day. As an adult working woman contemplating getting a piercing for two months, I walked in on my lunch hour and out again with medical grade tygon (they pierce exclusively with tygon) through a once-​inverted nipple. (For those of you who want to know, yes, innies hurt, yes, the piercing hurt, yes, it healed in less than a month, and yes, it is awesome; I’d do it again.) They draw the curtains on a private room for intimate piercings.
STTP is body, adornment and YOU positive. I’ve never felt more comfortable being uncomfortable before. Lisa is incontrovertibly a master at the art of piercing and the particular delicacy of dealing gently with clients’ fears and needs. Prices are reasonable. They change your jewelry for free and put in new tygon free of cost if you choose to stick with plastic. I called multiple times after with worries and was met with confidence, knowledge, and encouragement.

I had a wonderful experience here! I got my second helix piercing done by Lisa and the whole process was very thorough, much better than other places I’ve been to. She even pointed out that my first helix piercing had the wrong kind of back, so that explains why it was hurting my ear. She changed that earring for me as well. The whole place is very clean and they go through a very thorough sterilization process. She was very kind and very funny, great experience! Would love to go back, but I don’t live in Arizona.

I’ve been going to STTP for over 4 years now, have gotten 7 piercings from almost every piercer in the studio, and have never once had an experience that was less than stellar.
The store is incredibly clean and modern, with a large variety of unique jewelry to choose from in addition to the standard stainless steel. The staff is incredibly professional and knowledgable, and have always been helpful in answering any questions I’ve had. I’ve never experienced such a great mix of professionalism and friendliness! I’ve come in absolutely nervous about the pain from certain piercings, and each piercer always takes the time to explain every single thing they are doing (from sterilizing to the actual piercing process) and try and make the whole ordeal as relaxing and relatively painless as possible.
The jewelry itself is stellar, as they only pierce with surgical steel (I believe) internally-​threaded jewelry. While the cost is a tad higher than other shops, you get what you pay for: higher quality and durability. I have CBRs in my triple helix that I purchased 4 years ago that still look brand new!
I honestly cannot say enough good things about STTP, and frankly refuse to go to another piercing studio at this point. I recommend this place to absolutely anyone looking for perfect service and results every time!
