Waited SIX MONTHS for an appt at the Banner South location. However, I was really excited because I saw Dr. Stump had great reviews elsewhere. I was finally going to get treatment for my condition! Get to the Abrams building, but could not find the office. The directory does not show his name or Endocrinology. I get my phone out to call and find I had a missed call. Banner Health had called to cancel when I was already on my way to the appt. They rescheduled for the next week, but that was ¹²⁄₂₃. I can’t request time off on the day before the Christmas holidays this late! And if I don’t work my full shift on 12/​23, I lose two days of holiday pay. Maybe Dr. Stump can blow off work whenever he wants, but I can’t. I called to try and get a different date/​time. Can they accommodate me — especially after canceling on me at the last minute? NOPE! The next available appt is in APRIL! Again, I just waited six months to be seen and now I have to wait another four months after they cancel on me? I am devastated. It hit me like a ton of bricks when I realized I would not be getting treated or obtain the medications I need any time soon. So much crying. Thanks Dr. Stump. Hope you had a good golf game.
