I stopped into Store #22651 this morning on my way to work and was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Christina was the associate assisting myself and my sister this morning. My sister was purchasing sandwiches for my niece and nephew for lunch and I was purchasing a sandwich for my lunch. This is the first time we have been to Subway in several months due to concerns regarding the ingredients used in making the bread, but the experience this morning certainly did not help in making me want to continue being a Subway customer. My sister ordered two kids meals and asked that the sandwiches be made with Italian bread, as we have requested before, and Christina was quick to let us know that we could only have white or wheat for the kid’s meals. This is new to us. Without asking she began cutting up white bread, my sister told her both sandwiches would be wheat and she sighed and made a disgruntled face. The rude demeanor just continued from there. While my sister was getting ready to pay, the oven beeped and instead of finishing the order or excusing herself to tend to the bread, Christina just walked away. There was no reason or need for such unwarranted rude behavior especially in front of children. This was my first visit to this particular location and needless to say, my last. I have been hesitant to return to Subway and this will indeed make me think twice before returning.
