I received the worst «professional» haircut in my life yesterday from Emmaleigh. I explained I wanted my hair short with layers and my face framed. I specified I do not want bangs, but somehow I managed to have the top layer cut at bang length… all the way around my head… I have a mullet, I walked out with the «carol brady» I am extremely dissatisfied with the low quality haircut I received.

Walked into this location yesterday and was warmly greeted by Jessica. I just needed a simple trim since the last time I had my haircut was over a year ago. Jessica did a fantastic job! She was super sweet and friendly and gave good advice on how to maintain good and healthy hair. She also recommended some hair products and I ended up buying one since they had such a good deal going on. Thank you Jessica! Will be back again.

I requested Jessica online because of one of the previous reviews. When it got to my turn I assumed that Jessica was the one who called my name. I realized that it was Emma on the receipt. When I got home I realized the sides were completely uneven and one side was too short. I fixed it myself with a razor, but I don’t like the length.

Just had my hair cut by Claudia, a beautiful lady who was very professional and outgoing, not to mention thorough. (You can tell that she really enjoys her job of cutting hair and does everything she can to make sure her customers leave completely satisfied). Such has been my experience with this Supercuts location and others around town– fast, professional, and excellent service, every time. For the price, you can’t beat it.

I came in to this location today looking for a simple trim but also got a shampoo and quick style. I walked in and was greeted by Jessica, who also did my hair. She was very sweet and professional, and had such a happy demeanor I left in an even better mood than I had come in. My cut was pretty basic, just a little off the length and a touch up on my layers to thin my hair out a bit, then a quick straighten. The straightening iron that was used wasn’t the best quality and I felt the need to touch-​up my bangs when I got home with my Chi. Overall the experience was gratifying, especially since it cost about ¼ the price of higher-​end salons.

I’ve got to give a shout out to Chyna at Supercuts on Wetmore/​Oracle! After the horrible experience I had with a very high priced salon here in town, I was more than gun shy as I tried to find the next salon. I had to wait almost 2 months for my hair to grow out from the last episode with a salon.
I wandered into Supercuts and was fortunate to meet Chyna! WOW — is she good! She not only listened to me, she did exactly what I asked, made suggestions and then delivered the goods!!! My hair looked amazing and the compliments I had were wonderful.
I just went back again yesterday for another root touch up and color/​cut and have to say that I was again over the moon happy! I will tell everyone about her.
There is a downside to Supercuts — they don’t make appointments. SO, call the store, find out her schedule and call the morning that she will be there and they will put your name on her list for the first appt. It was very simple and now I know how they work.
