I have officially found a place that’s slower than the Tucson DMV and it’s this Supercuts. There are 2 stylist ’ working, I have been here for 52 mins and have seen only 1 hair cut be completed. It seems the average hair cut time is about 44 mins. There is an older gentleman that has fallen asleep in the waiting area. I have also witnessed 3 customers get up and walk out. If you are planing on getting a haircut here please clear your schedule for a good part of the day! Update: it took a total of 2 hour’s 3 mins from when I walked in untill the time I paid. There was 3 people ahead of me when I walked in. The haircut it self looks pretty good but it still was not worth the time.

I got a great haircut here! Probably the best Supercut haircut if that means a lot. The stylists here seem better skilled than most other franchise stores, and the price is pretty fair. I have my usual haircut place, but I’ll go back here in a heartbeat the next time I need a late night haircut!

Stylists here are basic and vapid. Asked her to only trim my layers & got 3 – 4 inches taken off everywhere, and I’m currently sporting a wonderfully done mullet. I didn’t even catch her name, which was nice of her not to introduce herself. When I complained of it being uneven, she cut the shortest side shorter, and obviously had no idea what the hell to do. Supervisor came over and offered to «check» my layers, but the damage was already done. I told her that I was unhappy and instead of offering compassion and professionalism, she just insisted that«well this is what you ask for! You ask this, not me!» What the heck? Never will I return here, and I don’t recommend this horrible place to anyone.
