I had just gotten off a 9 hour shift and I was starving last night. I was in the area and there were 2 options; Mcdonalds or Tacobell. Mcdonalds disgusts me so Taco bell it was! I ordered a small burrito supreme combo and they gave me a large; i was too tired to argue. I pulled into a parking spot and reach into the bag and there was greasy meat and cheese all over everything; I grabbed a napkin and cleaned the outside of the wrapper off and took a bite. It was cold! Less than a minute after I got it it was cold and disgusting. 7 dollars for something I threw away; never going to this slophouse again. Anyway to anyone in the area; wait and eat when you get home. It’s WAY cheaper(tacos are cheap to make and if you DIY; you can eat them warm which is nice.)

Went here the other day and they had no AC on one of the hottest days of the year. They had no sign nor did they tell us during or after our order. My daughter finally went to our car to cool down. The food has gone down hill since they remodeled and so has the service. We use to enjoy going here, now I do not think I will be going back.

They got our order wrong and served us cold food. The least I could ask from a Taco Bell is that they serve the right food and that it is warm, and it failed to meet those requirements.

I eat Taco Bell more than an ordinary person should. I guess that makes me extraordinary. And maybe I’m more loco than a Doritos taco, but I’ve loved Taco Bell since I worked there way back in the ‘90s. If you’ve never tried it before, order the bean burrito with green sauce instead of red sauce. Since none of their regular menu items have green sauce any more, it has become a hidden treat. All of the Taco Bells here have it, but if you’re traveling in another state, don’t expect them to even know what you’re talking about. And for bonus points, also add sour cream. If you’re into that. As for this specific Taco Bell, be aware of two big issues. First, a lot of their staff does not know how to fold the burritos. You should immediately open and re-fold your burritos when you receive them. You’ll find the ingredients inside are generally lumped rather than mixed, and you may be able to keep the end of the burrito from leaking. Second, several staff members including one shift manager and the general manager will make your food wrong and serve it to you anyway. The shift manager is the sort of person who sees«no cheese» and adds extra cheese instead. Reliably. And on two occasions, I ordered two of the same item and watched the general manager make the first one wrong, stare at the order screen, look down at the food, then wrap it up and serve it anyway, along side the second one made correctly. I’ve opened the food up in front of him both times to show him that I saw him make it wrong. He’s unapologetic. Of course, if you love fast food as much as I do, you know that both of these things are endemic to the industry. If you want to get what you ordered, you check your food before you drive away. Of course, it’s particularly sad when the managers are the ones doing it. It means you can never expect it to come out right. Does that stop me from eating here several times a week? Nope.

The NEW Waffle Taco. Had a Taco Bell breakfast taco — Ya NO. What a miss! It looks so good and taste so nothing. Waffle hard and chewy, sausage no flavor, eggs from WWII, cheese not. yes All in all a disappointment in fine breakfast dining. Good news is I only ate half and tossed the rest. I like most things here but not this one…

Hey, it’s Taco Bell. However, the food was pretty good and the people are really nice. I would come back to this one.
