Groupon for Tadas Touch by Dymphna; office closed and I’m at the door for an appointment I scheduled a week ago. She is 10 minutes late so far and instead of a massage I’m waiting in the rain and hail. Update: I called her letting I was waiting for our scheduled appointment outside her office without a response from her of any kind(after two weeks). She apparently has injured her arm according to Groupon. No communication on her part, so if you call her to schedule an appointment she may not show up and not call to cancel either. I’m hugely disappointed.

Let me start by saying the massage itself wasn’t bad, it was her lack of business sense and service that will make me never go back. I found out about this place from Groupon. I purchased a 90 minute massage and called Dymphna to schedule. It took over a week to actually speak with her and set up an appointment. I arrived on time, but Dymphna arrived a good 10 minutes late. When the room was ready she let me know she had additional add-ons for $ 10 each, including a 10-minute facial massage. Since I was already paying for 90 minutes, I assumed this would be an additional 10-minutes focused on just my face; I mean, why would I pay extra for time I had already bought. Well, you know what the say about assuming. And it got even worse. It felt like the massage went really fast, but it wasn’t until she left the room and I leisurely got up that I saw the clock. I had only been in the room for less than an hour! I heard her in the lobby talking to her next massage appointment, so I couldn’t get her to come back in and pay for the extra 30 minutes included in my 90 minute massage, nor the extra 10 I thought I would be getting for the add-on facial time. Any stress that had gone away from the massage came back 10-fold. There’s no way I could recommend this place. The massage itself doesn’t make up for getting screwed over on the service.
