They completely changed how they make their burgers they use a different bun and as far as the über cheese burger goes they use less cheese. And my friend ordered the American burger and it came 30 minutes later. And when he bit into it he noticed that it wasn’t even cooked throughout and he felt sick afterwards. And the cheese wasn’t even melted. My friend said it was the ****iest burger he ever got. Also even though my friend and I were the only ones in line the cashier continued to talk to his colleagues for about 5 minutes even though we were ready to order.

The cellar bistro has always been a great experience for me and my friends! I know the prices can be a little out of range for a college student but you really can’t get food like this anywhere else ONCAMPUS. Everywhere else in the student union is made basically while you wait in line. This food is cooked and made here! So you know it’s fresh! The staff is always friendly and ready to help if there is a problem. I saw that some of the other reviews mentioned long wait times, up to an hour… why would you wait that long for food? If you were truly concerned stop being a passive coward and talk to the staff. THEYARETHEYRETOHELPYOU.

I first came to the Cellar Bisro, er, Bistro because it was the first place in Southern Arizona with a Coke Freestyle Machine. I kept coming back for watching people awkwardly play Dance Dance Revolution. And the food. At least sometimes. Generally this place has a sort of strange vibe for the University of Arizona campus. It’s in the basement so everyone pretends it’s this unique hideout type place even though it is probably one of the more popular places on campus. People are generally sitting outside the door at 11:00AM waiting for it to open. Probably because the food, in general, is really good. There’s some fairly unique menu items that are usually tasty, affordable, and sometimes even healthy, if that’s your thing. The only downside is that maybe one out of five times, the food will be completely terrible, often in an inexplicable way(undercooked chicken, somehow managing to burn club sandwiches, flavorless fruit). Luckily that doesn’t happen too often though and it’s really one of the best things on campus and pretending that it’s hidden is an extra bonus.

Craving Boba at midnight? How about 1AM? Fear no more. The Cellar opens until 2AM. That’s right; if you are having midnight munchies; this is the place to go especially if you are around the university. They have a black and green teas and a variety of flavors like watermelon. They have delicious curry shrimp(a hint of sweetness to their curry; I think its quite yummy); veggie burger is quite big and juicy. They are very famous for their beer battered fries; which, if I haven’t mentioned, are phenomenal! They are very addicting; you tell yourself«I’ll just have one» and you will end up finishing the whole thing by yourself. Well, I always do. This place is always packed, especially during lunch time on a school day, so plan ahead.
