Bud tenders are friendly and ready to help you. They showed me different options and helped me find what I needed best for my pain management. They weigh the flower in front of you, and usually give you a little extra or right on the money. The edibles selection here is pretty decent and there are a lot of different options. They let you smell and see the cannabis before you buy it so you know exactly what you are getting. Will come back here if I’m in the area.

I just moved here from Santa Cruz, California and I was so worried I would have to go from one dispensary to the next to find just the right one. The Downtown Dispensary was my first try and wow!!! What a complete gem. I will look no further. I do not like my flower pre weighed, I like to be able to look and smell before I purchase, here you can look, smell and watch the weighing. Mike was so very helpful. Kudos to you all. Thank you for the awesome customer service. I will be back again and again.

The Downtown dispensary is in a great location & it is very clean. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The medication is top quality & chemical free. They have wide range of tasty edibles. Downtown Dispensary offers wonderful specials. Check them out!!!

I have been coming to the Downtown Dispensary since their opening, and I can say with complete confidence that they have my favorite products in Tucson. Bud tenders know their patients intimately and are extremely knowledgeable of the medications offered. Being next to 4^th avenue, parking is surprisingly easy, located behind the store. Aside from great management and great atmosphere, their product is second to none in the Old Pueblo.

I am so surprised no one has reviewed this place.
I am a regular customer and a satisfied one at that! Justin is the guy who I usually deal with (all of the staff is awesome) and he is so fun and friendly. He knows just about everything there is to know about cannabis and he always answers any questions or addresses any concerns I may have.
As for the clinic itself, it’s clean, spacious, and well lit. It has a look and feel of a clinic.
Also, there are ALWAYS specials going on so check with them to see what the special of the day is.
It takes me about 30 – 40 minutes round trip to come to this dispensary and it’s worth the trip every time. There is another dispensary about 5 minutes from me, but they can’t beat the friendliness and the quality product.
DTD is doing a great job and they are really doing their part in breaking down the stigma of medical marijuana.
