PRICE:
Now, The Edge Home Inspections was a little pricier than some other inspectors out there, but not by much. I felt the price was well worth what I paid for and would even be willing to pay a little more in the future.
THE JOB DONE:
I had them come and inspect my home purchase. With a few day’s notice, they were able to come and fit into the timeslot I already had in mind without any issues. They arrived early, and got right to work, taking the initiative inspecting the outside things, even though my realtor and I hadn’t arrived yet to unlock. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, took the time to explain every item on the report, and even the next steps to fix them.
The report itself was very well done with an easy summary as well as pictures, arrows, and clear descriptions of the issues.
FINAL RATING:
A+
Would hire again and highly recommend!
