This is MY go to place. The food is fresh and cooked to your taste. Staff is excellent. I have taken friends here and they love it. They have the BEST steak ever (coming back in September)… My sole grumble… I miss winter hours. Can’t be open evenings soon enough. If u are looking for a seriously good meal in a place that greets everyone like regulars… this is it!

I always have good service and the food is always good! I love the fish sandwich! Today I got the avocado club because it was highly recommended. I like it, I would get it again! The fries are really good! Everything is always really good and the atmosphere is nice as well.
The interior of the place is very welcoming and I really enjoy coming here. I drive all the way from golf links and kolb to eat here.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner just 20 minutes before closing time (7 pm) on Friday night. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The service was extremely quick. The menu had a nice selection, even a few vegetarian options. Prices were average.
That being said, the food was mediocre with small portion sizes. My husband ordered a patty melt with fries which he described as «okay». I ordered the French dip sandwich with fries. It was tasty but very small, just roast beef on a roll. I would have liked some cheese to liven it up a little. The au jus was good and plenty of it. The ketchup we dipped our fries in was obviously an off brand and tasted funny.

Food was good. Portions were very small. We got Friend Mushrooms, Turkey Sandwach, Patty Melt with Mushrooms, Onion Rings, Cup of french onion soup and a diet pepsi. Our bill was $ 30. Insane! the patty melt patty was smaller than the $ 1 burger at McDonalds. Will not go back.

I really enjoyed this place they are extremely friendly and the food is delicious. Its tucked away on kinney rd and western way in the little plaza. I will definitely be going there more often

This is a small little place that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’ve always had lunch — my favorite (since I’m a vegetarian) is the grilled cheese sandwich (with a slice of tomato added) with French fries. Ordinary, but really, consistently good. The raspberry lemonade cheesecake dessert is quite good. The folks who work at the café are always friendly, service is generally quick. Prices are good.
This was originally a fall back after we had awful service at a café down the road. Now it’s a destination.
