The employees at the front office will not get back to you do not believe much of what they say. It’s a decent place to live besides the ghetto little kids running around. We were bbqing by the pool and a kid came up and asked if he can have a piece of chicken because he was hungry and they didn’t have food. Another resident told me their car was vandalized in the parking lot. Parking is HORRIBLE by the way. My neighbor had her kitchen window broken in the middle of the night. So the ledges is a pretty basic apartment don’t let them fool you that it’s fancy in any way.

This is a corporate run facility and they will tell you that they can accept you if you have no rental history and terrible credit. That is not true, don’t bother to apply and waste $ 50.00 if you have bad credit or this is the first place you are renting. You will loose your money and have no rental. They will accept your credit card but they will not refund you any money. I also noticed they have one complaint online with the Better Business bureau.
