I moved into Broadway East knowing that new management was taking over. The place is pretty worn down so I thought the new management would do some repairs & upgrades even if the rent had to go up. Well at last check rent have gone up & they are adding utility charges but nothing have been improved. Its supposed to be a Senior property. Well all that means is they have to rent to 80% seniors. I have a young couple for neighbors who come home at midnight everynight & turn on the TV in the bedroom & keep me awake until 3 or 4 a.m. Management doesn’t do a thing about it. I will be breaking my lease & leaving asap.
