I was talking about tint and the subject of my carpet at home came up. He yelled at me for using Rug Doctor since he used to do carpet cleaning and there are better ways to clean it. I’m extremely pleased with the work done! After years of debating on if I wanted to keep my vehicle & its stock radio I’ve made my mind who needs or even wants a new car payment nit this chick so after careful consideration & dealing with the competitor Audio Express yes the home of the $ 1 dollar install who was supposed to hook my car up & after going on several occasions & them not having the right equipment for my SUV I came to The Specialist! It must’ve been a higher power working in my favor as from the first step into the location I was greeted with a smile & superb customer service from all the employees & not pushed into purchasing items that were so not needed or required! Go see Leon Briggs great employee & gets you in & out in a snap!!! So happy with my new stereo &DVD player he’s made my little nieces so happy & me too! I will be back to get my sons car done next :)

I have only had great experiences with this place over the years. They have done a wonderful job with my window tinting on 2 of my cars. They took the time to talk me through the options and pros/cons of the different kinds and tints. very low pressure sales. And both times they’ve done it they finished up sooner than they estimated and were very professional talking me through the care instructions. This last time, as I was checking out they proactively asked if I had a groupon. I said I didn’t but that I could pull it up online. He said I should definitely do that and waited for me to get it purchased so I could use it to save money on my purchase. I thought that was really impressive customer service. he didn’t have to provide me that information and I didn’t know about the coupon, but he advised me and saved me $ 60. My brother has used them for car stereo installation and has also really enjoyed their service.

Also, See Scott P’s review. Obtained groupon. Price quoted over the phone. Arrived and he forgot to add«Shop Charge.» Another 17 bucks. Vehicle was finished then he said we had old tint on front windows(bought the truck 2 months ago) and he had to remove the tint. That costs 40 bucks extra but he was feeling nice since he didn’t check before hand and would only charge 20 bucks. We refused to pay that. No complaints regarding the quality of the job, but shady cost add-ons. Never coming back. Broadway and Craycroft location.

BEWARE! Bait & Bill! Like others, I called ahead, got a quote, made an appointment. Showed up and price doubled! YES, doubled! «Shop supplies» $ 55 on a $ 99 job — Really??? I had used this shop previously and was pretty happy except they did not show me how to use the NAV they installed, and oh, they just seemed to have«lost» my manual.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Previously I would have given a 5 but recently terrible service. Due to this service recently this location has lost a customer who has spent over 10 thousand dollars at this location and 11 years of loyalty and referrals. I have been going here for 11 years and moved out of state but still had coverage on my speakers. They have done great work in the past but recently I called to make an appointment to drive from Colorado to Tucson to get the speakers replaced. I called over a week in advance and was told my speakers would be switched out no problem and I had an appointment. After a 13 hour car ride I go to this location and 1 I was not even on the schedule, even though one of the workers on the phone admitted to talking to me and just openly admitted that they forgot to put me on the schedule. Then the speakers needed to be shipped to be replaced and not able to swapped out. After driving all this distance and have had the extended placement coverage, I was somehow in the wrong and it was my problem and not theirs…

I purchased a new vehicle this week, and before driving it anywhere else, took it to The Specialists on Speedway for window tinting. I have used The Specialists, a local business, for many years and have always been very happy with the results. I chose this company over others(including the dealership where I purchased the car) for several reasons: product choice/warranty, convenience of scheduling and business location, and for their top-notch customer service. They did not disappoint! I cannot say enough good things about their installation crew, and especially about sales adviser Alex Drachman, who did an exceptional job of educating me about product choices, scheduling the installation at my convenience, helping me select a high-quality product that would enhance the comfort and drivability of my new car for many years to come, and working with me to insure I was given the best price possible. He promised a «perfect» installation and he and the team delivered! My car looks great! I highly recommend Alex and team. They truly are The Specialists!

Great service! We’d just had bad service at Audio Express and were frustrated, so were wary about what we were going to find at another car stereo installation place. We went in looking for a place to install an old stereo/Sirius unit into a vehicle we recently purchased. We showed them what we had and they told us exactly what we needed, how much it would cost and where we could get it. When we realized how much it would cost, we asked how much a new system would cost. Carlos showed us new systems, gave us quotes and let it go at that — no hard sales. We decided to purchase a new system. On the day of the installation, it was done before I expected it to be. Carlos explained how the new system worked. We liked working with them very much. We are thinking about putting window tinting on our vehicle and if we do, it will definitely be done here.

My New Car Audio Favorites, I have previously used other shops in Tucson, But i always give the specialists a shot at every piece of audio i need and wow these past 3 – 4 times they have shined they’re install work is clean and done right, They saved me over 100 $ by suggesting clearance items or the higher priced new items i wanted. Simply put The Specialists have been in the game for over 15 years now and its for a reason they are knowledgable and very very good at what they do

Went to The Specialists on Speedway after first getting a quote in writing that was sent by email within minutes of asking for it. We got a good deal on a single CD/radio/MP3 player and installation. They took out the damaged 6-CD/radio for only $ 20 and gave us the newer player for a great sale price. Everything was done in less than an hour. Great service and product. No complaints here. I will be back when I have car audio needs or anything else that The Specialists do.

I have had bad experiences twice now. First, got a quote on the phone… made the appt and went 3 days later. Then the price changed, or the tint was different, whatever. I was told one thing on the phone and another when I got there. Next my insurance company sent me their to replace 1 piece of tint, a 15 minute job they said… that took 4 hours and i HAD an appt! Got it back and the window was simply smeared. All this and the 2 times i called I was left on hold.
