The Vape Escape

Well, I read the website promise and it states (We pride our self on our customer service. We want you to feel at home with us, whether you’re a novice or a pro vaper.) I can say that didn’t happen tonight. I was all set to give this place a try because I had a friend say that he drives all the way across town to get his juice and hardware here. I would have joined the drive all the way across town club if I had felt welcome.
First off when I walked in every one behind the counter seemed very nice. I started asking about hardware and the guy helping me said that he couldn’t help me with a starter kit because he was waiting on his order. He did say that he could hook me up with a pro kit, I however just like to fill my tank and vape away. I do believe he knew that and wasn’t trying to pressure me into buying. I asked him what kind of starter kit could I expect when he received his shipment. He showed me a tank and I was trying to compare it with something I have tried or knew about and then I said Kanger. Well, they don’t sell that brand and when I said my (before it was broken) eGo One blew a pretty good cloud he started to chuckle. Look I have been vaping since you could only get Green Nicotine at the mall or order it from out of the country. I don’t like to build my coil and all I want is something that hits good, blows a nice cloud and doesn’t leak. What I don’t want is one of these, (so called self proclaimed pro vapors) going out of his way to be sarcastic, laugh or put down another competitor. If the product he sells is superior than take the time with a possible new customer to explain how it is superior. At the very least keep the prospective buyer interested enough to come back.
As for finalizing my review, I don’t know how the juice is, but they say it’s great if you read all the other reviews and this establishment is a place you can vape at while you shop.

Great, high quality juice all made to order. I just picked up their «Limitless» and «Virgin’s tears». Both are phenomenal! Glad I popped in.

First time in this shop and they are the coolest people. Very welcoming and helpful. I tried their strawberry cheese cake and it is amazing. Even in max vg. They even gave me a free bottle of juice that somebody left behind. Definitely going back.

BEST VAPE STORE I’VE EVER BEEN TO. Very relaxed atmosphere, kind and helpful employees, and amazing selection. My boyfriend and i showed up only 10 minutes before closing time, but they had so many flavors, they happily allowed us to stay and try different juices for more than half an hour. I loved how you can adjust the nicotine by the milligram, and the bottles they come in are quality amber glass. Definitely found my new go to vape place.

Bought their selection of homemade juices with Max VG! Loved Limitless & immensity! Their builds are on point as well! Def coming back for more!

I can’t complain. getting to know the people there a cut above the rest only one employee needs some customer care training but still my shop come down from mesa just for my juice.

I started vaping while in Tucson this Spring, and was treated off handedly by a couple of other shops, including the one that I bought a Magneto setup from for $ 244.00. When I asked questions they said, «just check You Tube.» I finally found Vape Escape, and they welcomed me with open arms. They immediately answered my questions, found out my experience level, and took my device part, rebuilding the coil slowly with instructions, and I left feeling well taught and confident. Now: their e juice is the best I’ve found, seriously! They will custom make your juices with the amount of nicotine, and PG vs VG ratio. They are now my go to for all e juice needs.
They are quick, run specials, and ship everything in one day. Simply amazing.

Great place to go. All workers are very friendly and knowledgable about the products. They also are able to give great recommendations based on what your preference is. This is the only place I go for juice.

I started using e cigarettes from a very popular location… I liked the unit but wasn’t a huge fan of the juice… or the long lines
Vape Escape has a few things the other shops don’t have. The juice can be mixed to any milligram, so you can decrease your nicotine in less than 8 mg increments. They use glass amber bottles, so you don’t have that annoying bit that won’t squeeze out like the plastic bottles. They are quick, take call in orders, have a military discount, and are down to earth friendly. I don’t feel like I’m dealing with used car salesmen like some of the shops.
The juice is better than any other shop I’ve been to, and the atmosphere is casual and friendly. Oh, and if you bring your empty bottle back, you get 50 cents off your refill.

Wanted to update my review. Still love this place! Awesome flavors and prices. Was having an issue with my battery purchased elsewhere and they repaired it.
I went in when they weren’t busy and had both my very young kids. My almost 3 year old was cranky and wanted ice cream and my 6 month old was begging to be nursed. Behind the counter, they were quick getting my juice order and reworking my wick. The one customer there was able to sympathize, as she also once had young ones, and the owners and staff didn’t seem bothered or annoyed.
Twice now I have nursed my little one there. Either they don’t notice or are very nursing-​friendly, because they continued taking my order.
I like being treated like a regular customer, not hurried or shooed because the kids are not welcome.
It is an awesome environment, great products and friendly people.

So I’ve visited a few times and they have awesome customer service and are extremely friendly and welcoming. Their atmosphere is nice and the store is very clean.
Ok now for my gripes… the owners have a lot to learn about mixing juice properly. They don’t really seem to understand the vg to pg ratio very well and I’ve gotten a juice or two that demonstrated this very clearly from them (I’ve also gotten a couple good ones). My second complaint is their juice quality… well its just not very good, everything tends to taste synthetic or Has a bizarre burnt taste… I’ve vaped lots of different juices and in my experience these are usually signs of low quality flavorings, carriers etc. I think though because they are so great about listening to their customers that they’ll figure it out and invest in higher quality ingredients.
But even after all that I will continue to visit vape escape and support them with my money… why? Because for me I care about how I’m treated and they are so friendly that I want to see them succeed and if you’ve dealt with some of the other vape shop zombie cashier only types as I have then you’ll understand. I’m hoping they will soon improve the quality of their product to match their excellent
and service. I encourage everybody to give them a chance as they are new and learning but off to an excellent start.

This place is very unique and the juices are superb. I like them alot and i only discovered them yesterday! Now, they’re just starting out so you gotta really look or you’ll miss the shop but the inside is def south western and the owner is very very nice. I recommend stopping by and trying the watermelon or the red hot. juice. So good. The vitamin B shot taste like vitamins but I really love the juice. It’s refreshing
