A friend recommended Throop for my wedding bouquet. I gave her some ideas of what I wanted and she demonstrated some ideas for me, which I liked very much. The final product exceeded my expectations in every way, and many guests complimented me on how beautiful and ‘right’ my bouquet was. It was quite affordable, and they even through in my groom’s boutonnière for free. Judy and her husband are lovely people. It’s a pleasure to patronize them and believe me, I will turn to them for all my floral needs!

So I didn’t personally receive flowers from Throop; a co-worker did. I was there when this exquisite arrangement came in, but unfortunately my co-worker was not! She was on vacation. The man delivering the flowers never blinked an eye at the inconvenience of her being gone when I explained it to him. Instead he asked when she would return and said he would come back with new flowers. Now that is service! My office has had deliveries of other perishable sorts many times and if the intended recipient is gone, I hear things from the delivery guys like: «Sorry; hope somebody here can enjoy the gift.» But not Throop. Their concern was making the day of my co-worker — whenever she got back! And true to their word, the next week when she returned, Throop returned with a fresh, fabulous bouquet! I wasn’t even the customer, but based on that experience, they have earned a lifelong customer with me.
