Joanne and Heather at Trinity Diamonds are wonderful! My boyfriend and I had worked with them to custom design my engagement ring. They took the time to educate us on everything there is to know when purchasing a diamond, and NEVER made us feel pressured to purchase or decide on anything. They took my requests into careful consideration and did a wonderful job communicating them to the designer. Even when the ring came in with a flaw, Joanne and Heather were quick to make sure it was fixed immediately. They are meticulous about the products that leave their store and truly value their customers. My boyfriend and I greatly value and appreciate good customer service, and Trinity far exceeded our expectations. First met them at a bridal show. From there I got my ring sized. A week later I got a phone call and was reminded about a wedding band I had been quoted at the bridal show. Knowing it was out of my budget, they remembered what my ring looked like and had a ring that would match that was the perfect price and rememberd ME.
