I was having problem with my heater so I found these guys on Unilocal and decided to give them a try. The technician arrived for the appointment an hour and forty minutes past the two hour window of 1pm-​3pm. He spent about 40 minutes testing my unit and came back and said that even though he couldn’t find a leak there was probably one in the coil somewhere. He said he would contact me the next day with a quote for the repair. He never called the next day and I finally ended up calling two days after that to try and get the quote, I had to call twice before the tech called me back. At that point he informed me that they could repair the unit for $ 2200 but they would recommend I just replace the entire unit instead and of course they would offer financing. I asked if I could buy the parts and just pay the labor but he said they didn’t do that. Needless to say I decided to get a second opinion. The new repair guy showed up on time and his diagnosis was much different. He said I did not have a leak anywhere but rather a broken valve that would cost $ 700 to repair and that included parts and labor.
I would not recommend this company, I had nothing but problems from the start. they didn’t seem too concerned with finding the actual problem and just recommended the most expensive option as a solution.

Couldn’t be more impressed with the service I got from them! Honest, friendly, and knowledgeable! They took their time and really explained everything, too. I really appreciated the time and attention to detail and it really feels like a friend or family member — someone you can trust!
