I can believe it! My sister used their service and they just didn’t have the knowledge on hour to clean her beautiful silhouettes. Considering they liked worst when they said they completed the job. I went to blinds R Us they are a small word of mouth business. And they did the job and knew what they were doing.

Our contractors took down 11 Silhouette shades. They broke brackets and put them on the garage floor. It would have cost thousands to replace them. Three of them were 8′ wide. They needed to be cleaned but never had footprints on them before! I called Dave and Yessie and they came out promptly. They cleaned the blinds, found brackets for these outdated shades as well as making additional repairs and hung back up. I couldn’t be happier. They didn’t wash my windows so I can’t speak to that but they saved my shades!!!

Just say no. They almost ruined my window covering. The windows had to be rewashed. I was told one of the windows was broken when all that was wrong was the window had mineral calcification on the outside. You would think calcification would have been easily detected as the window was being cleaned. Just say no.
