I was closing on the sale of a rental house and needed a termite inspection. The 3 stars is for them scheduling this at the last minute. Butch the owner seemed like a pretty knowledgeable guy. He did however find some evidence of a termite line, which according to him, seemed benign and from some time ago. Consequently, I couldn’t get a clear report unless he «treated» the 5 foot area outside the front door. This consisted of spraying the area for about 20 seconds. Cost? $ 125. My «simple» standard $ 51 inspection cost me $ 176. Thanks Butch, but I don’t think I would ever use your services again…

I have been using this company for about 9 years now. This is a family run business that really does a good job. We use them on all of our rental properties we manage for bug treatments, termite treatments and weed treatments.

Took them up on their 30 day guarantee since we saw some more bugs. The woman who answered the phone was a reluctant to schedule a re-​treat since I’d only seen three bugs since the first round of spraying; I found myself on the defensive about that which was weird. She reluctantly agreed to schedule a second spraying and Marcus arrived with a smile which made us forget that I had to nearly talk the woman on the phone into honoring their guarantee.
Marcus is a nice guy, knowledgeable about all sorts of bugs, their habitats and what attracts them. The second spraying was done and I definitely feel less oogy about finding bugs in the house.
