Reserved a truck more than a week in advance. Didn’t have any when I arrived to pick up the truck that I had reserved. Offered to give me a truck in a week’s time. No discount offered, no credit for a rental in the future. Don’t bother with bad customer service when there are other options in the area.

This place, much like the Seinfeld episode, doesn’t know the meaning of the word «reservation».
We called and made a reservation. We gave them the date and were told the time we could go pick up the truck. Now, I don’t know how many of you have moved, but you pretty much have to stick to the day you planned. It’s not like you can say, «Well, I’ll do it tomorrow or next week».
We went to pick up the truck and there weren’t any. Yes, they had our information down. Yes, they knew we were supposed to have a truck that day, but they said we didn’t call back to confirm. WTF? We didn’t know we had to call to confirm. I mean, when I make a reservation for anything, I don’t call back to make sure they have it. So, we had to take a couple of hours looking around for a moving truck that day. They made us waste good valuable time. ARGH!
Seriously, I felt like I was living this episode.. .. .
