The front desk person «Bill» went above and beyond for us! In the process of moving from CA to TX, our truck broke down and we had to rent a Uhaul. Bill made arrangements for us to store our trailer and offered to help sell it for us so we wouldn’t have to come all the way back to pick it up! Exceptional service, I highly recommend them!

These guys are on it! With high speed features such as online chk in and confirmation txt messages. The horrible process of moving was made a bit easier with the fast chk in and super fast turn in of the moving van.
I highly recommend it to any Unilocaler.

This place is so miserably incompetent, they messed up our reservation after we called four times to triple check that it was correct, talked to six people about it, made the reservation three weeks in advance. And then, when we went in, they refused to help us out without us insisting that they call the manager to get this figured out. They refused to compensate us for the mistake and have horrible problem solving and customer service skills. This place needs serious help.
