University Manor Apartments

This property is poorly managed. Since moving in 12 months ago, the property has seen three management companies, each progressively less responsive to tenant concerns, requests, or complaints. Security is an afterthought and requests to replace locks and lights in common areas, including stairwells, are continuously ignored. Upon moving in there was mold in multiple locations and the unit was clearly not cleaned. This was routinely corroborated with other tenants move-​in experiences. Currently, a manager is only on site three days a week and often when someone is supposed to be in the office a sign hangs on the door indicating they will return shortly. I have seen only four people use the pool, or should I say birdbath, in the past 12 months as there is bird feces covering the pool deck and feathers constantly floating on the surface.
I could continue with a long list of poor experiences at University Manor but it is not worth the time. I do not recommend this complex to anyone. There are other places near campus with better amenities, management, security, and value.
