I have been using Ace Hardware here near my house for over two and a half years. The staff are VERY helpful, and they have many things to walk around and explore. I had my finding nemo house key made there. The prices are not bad, and when Lowes feels like a maze full of aisles… Ace feels like a hometown friend.

Ordered a Patio Bistro Set online from
. Was missing a small part. After two weeks of frustrating calls to
customer service, went to return item to local Ace and they went above and beyond to make it right. Gave me a new set (at a sale price saving me $ 50) and even assembled it for me.
They took a problem that was not even theirs and fixed it for me. Best customer service I have had since moving to Tucson 6 years ago. They definitely have my business.

I love this Ace. I can wander around Lowes for 2 hours looking for someone to offer some expertise or I can walk in to Ace and walk out with exactly what I need and feel like I also got to spent some time hanging out with my dad. Ha! If you want a down to earth, experienced, friendly, honest place to pick up some supplies, go here!

I’m always impressed with the selection of pipe fittings Ace has, even these small neighborhood Ace locations have a more comprehensive selection than Lowes or the Home Depot. The staff is always helpful and the prices are very fair.
