The day before leaving for a vacation out of the country I noticed that our spa had stopped working. I called Valley Oasis and Joe called late that afternoon. He said he would check the spa the next day while we were away. He did and diagnosed the problem, got and installed the part, and had the spa up and running all while we were away. He also kept us up to date via texts and E mails. You can not get better service than that.

The Valley Oasis crew showed up on time and were extremely thorough. Their service was much better than I had come to expect through past experiences with other companies. I am very pleased with every aspect of Valley Oasis, and they are now my go-​to company when I need help with my landscape maintenance or installation.

I have used Valley Oasis Landscaping for 3 years. They are great. I had them install a new irrigation system for me and it was done on time at the price they quoted.

We contracted Valley Oasis Pools to build our new pool and outdoor area. They came highly recommended from several of our friends and neighbors. From the first meeting we had with Chad Our designer we new that we had called the right company. I won’t say that our pool was an easy design but Valley’s workers made every step of the process look easy and they were all very professional to deal with. We now have the nicest pool in our neighborhood. From its unique shape and the beautiful natural rock water fall to our great outdoor kitchen and sitting area the work that they did was top notch. I would highly recommend Valley Oasis Pools if you are considering a pool

Given a very rocky start — missed appointments, limited showroom and tile etc. — we finally got our pool installed correctly and we love it. It took getting directly to Kathleen –the owner– and having her come on site a few times. She has been more responsive lately and that is a good thing. We are glad we spent a lot of time on the fountain — we asked that it have more of a waterfall effect and it finally turned out great — glad they waited to get the right rocks for this. Also the guy who did the settings and pool treatments spent a lot of time with us showing us how everything worked and was very patient. It was a good value for the money.

I had Valley Oasis build a new spa for me. It works great and it is worth every penny spent. We had some issues along the way, but Steve promptly returned calls and did his best to work things out. He sincerely cares about customer service. I have found that issues always come up during important construction projects. The key is how the contractor seeks to resolve them. Valley made things right and I highly recommend them.
