Amazingly disappointing insurance. $ 149+ no in store replacement. Phone fell out of my purse in its heavy duty otter case but it was a dark and rainy Friday night. Didn’t see it until I got back to my car. Soaking wet, toast. No transfer of data, nothing. Have to wait until Monday for a new phone and I work weekends, needing my phone. Very dismal benefits for an expensive S6

Amy solved my problem! Thank you. We visited oro valley store And switched to iPhone from incredibles and we were promised our contacts would sync no problem. When we got hm we realized only our emails synced and no phone numbers. Not happy! Unhappily dealt with it for several days then went to la cholla store and Amy fixed it.

This place is a big ripoff. They charged me 90 dollars for a phone that was free online and from other Verizon stores in town. Then when I tried to take the phone back they kept a 35 dollar «restocking» fee. Crooks, criminals. Love Verizon, but dont go here!!!

This is the location across from Foothills Mall. Recently upgraded my phone and plan at this store. The first time I went there they said I could not because my account was locked due to a corporate discount I recieve. They said there was nothing I could do about this until I called their corporate. Went home called corporate the next day as they were closed when I was at the store. Corporate person said this store has no idea what they are doing. Said I should be able to upgrade my phone and plan no problem. Went back did my thing. They never changed my plan and I have now been hit with $ 200 in over charges. The store manager smirked and said there was nothing she could do. She says there are no notes in the computer even though the woman who helped me said I had now gone to a plan that doubled my minutes.
Net-​Net. They have no idea what they are doing and worse yet they could really care less about you. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.
Very dissapointing. I was talking to some friends and two different people have had the same experience with this Verizon store. I have always been a HUGE Verizon fan but I strongly urge you to never use this store. Not only are they inompetent but they don’t care either. Try the store on Oracle across from the Tucso mall they know what they are doing there.
