My experience with this pharmacy was as good as it gets. After having issues with my insurance company, pharmacy staff offered to notify them and discuss the issues with them directly. I was able to pick up my prescriptions from urgent care with no problem at all and fast. My entire visit didn’t take longer than fifteen minutes including waiting in line for my medication. Thanks Walgreens for making it easy to use your pharmacy here.

I just moved here from another state and so far I have had some bad experiences at this 24 hour walgreens. They don’t have enough staff and the ones they have have little knowledge of what they are doing. At the least ones I dealt with had no idea what to look for in the system concerning my insurance. Making calls here is the worst. And for the life of me I don’t understand why you have to stand in a long line so you can tell them script you are picking up then get into another long line to have the pharmacist actually give you the script. It’s wastes time and weird. There’s no difference when it comes to the drive through either.

I’m only reviewing the pharmacy. The store itself has been fine.
But one of the pharmacy techs was so incredibly rude to me, I moved all of my prescriptions from here to the CVS at Broadway and Kolb.
I had several prescriptions to pick up and used the drive-thru window. Long story short… one of the pharmacy tech shouted at me and Hubby for at least 5 minutes over an issue which was none of her business. We refused to be treated like that, cancelled all the Rx’sand left. The next morning I transferred all of my 20+ prescriptions to CVS.
I’ll not be shopping for anything at Walgreen’s after this.

Only 24 hour pharmacy on east side of Tucson. Great for late night sickness and prescription fills. Can be crowded but if you need medicine ASAP it’s worth it.
